You pay nothing until you are ready to book. We offer flat-rate service fees* and all consultations are free of charge. If you decide to book with us, you know exactly the cost of your itinerary before booking.
Control over your plans
Sometimes the middleman can get in the way, and we believe you should be able to make changes, or even cancel your plans yourself, if you so choose.
We will gladly help you, and even do it for you (if you would like), but unlike other travel services, if you have to make a change of plans, you can do so without incurring more cost from us. The choice is truly yours!
FAQ
Can’t I just do all of this myself?
Yes. Absolutely. With the accessibility of today’s technology, anyone can plan their own vacation. However, we realize that can be overwhelming for most people, especially if you are looking for a relaxing getaway and dread the initial steps. We would love to do the grunt work for you, should you choose us!
Is this a travel agency?
No, not really. To keep from getting in the weeds, we are a very small operation and just getting started. A lot of travel agencies have complicated commission rates as well as (sometimes) frustrating red tape for its clients. We like to think of ourselves as your personal planner and advisor for your next getaway.
What is your cancellation policy?
Generally, we abide by your respective carrier, place of stay, or car rental company. Since we are planning your trip for you, you stay in control and you don’t have to go through us for any changes or cancellations (even though we can help you with that, too!). With that being said, before booking, we will provide you with the information needed regarding your ability to change or cancel your plans, but those are subject to your specific situation. Assuming you purchase a refundable flight, stay, or other rental, your initial service/booking fee to us is non-refundable after you confirm your booking with us. However, we always offer free consultation and insights to assist with any changes you may be considering.

^Expanded flexibility refers to A) the choice to book non-refundable flights or “basic economy” tickets through airlines. These usually have specific restrictions and are subject to the air carriers rules and regulations, B) the choice to book a non-refundable stay at a hotel or short-term rental, and C) the choice to book a non-refundable car rental. Remember, all of these, as with all bookings, are subject to specific rules and regulations provided by those respective companies.
